Alice M. Greenwald provides specific strategic advising services for communities, institutions, and private and government organizations engaged in efforts to create public memorials, museums, and/or learning centers commemorating the victims, and documenting the history, of events of extreme violence.
Advisory services may also include:
identifying core institutional messaging and helping to refine institutional vision documents and mission statements
providing constructive review and assessment of exhibition concepts, scripts, and designs in development
coaching leaders, teams, and boards on issues relating to institutional priorities, stakeholder management, and maximizing social responsibility
providing counsel to executive leadership and boards during institutional strategic planning efforts and organizational transitions
